This will be created using HTML
This will be created using Cascading Style Sheets. Things like font colour, font size etc will be in a style sheet rather than being specified in the HTML. This makes for quicker download times and makes it easier to make site wide changes.
A forum is a great way to get visitors to return to your site. A forum I have set up can be viewed here.
Send out newsletters etc. An option to subscribe would be added to your home page. This would be an automatic system.
You can have text or images that changes automatically, either daily, hourly or every time an user access the page
Seen something on another site you would like incorperating on your site. I am sure it can be done
